Will tickets be available at the door? 
All free tickets have been claimed. If capacity permits, limited additional entry will begin at 8PM.

What time do doors open? 
5PM

Can I leave and re-enter the venue? 
Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue. 

What forms of payment are accepted? 
Most venues accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options.  

Is there an age requirement? 
You must be 18 or older to attend this event. 

What items are prohibited? 
Prohibited items include: 
- Weapons  
- Illegal substances  
- Professional cameras  
- Drones  
- Large bags/backpacks  
- Laser pointers  
- Fireworks  
- Coolers
- Umbrellas 
- Chairs 
- Blankets 
- Clothing with profane language or obscene imagery 

Is there a bag policy? 
Stateside Live! prohibits backpacks and large bags. Fanny packs, wristlets / clutches, and small purses are permitted, but must not exceed 5”x7”. Medical and parenting bags are allowed. All bags are subject to search. 

Will I go through security screening? 
Yes. All guests are subject to metal detectors, wanding, and / or bag checks upon entry. 

Will food and drinks be available inside?

Is alcohol served? 
Alcohol is available to guests 21+ with valid ID. 

Is free water available? 
Water bottles can be purchased throughout the venue. 

Is parking available? 
Parking is complimentary in Xfinity Mobile Arena lots on non-event nights and free one hour after the start of the final event of the day in the Stadium District (subject to change). Parking fees are set and controlled by the Stadium District. The main entrance to the Xfinity Mobile Arena's lot can be accessed from Broad Street. Click here for a parking map. 

Can I use rideshare services? 
Yes. Designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones are located within the sports complex. The dedicated rideshare area can be found in Lot T, situated on the third base gate side of Citizens Bank Park.   

Is public transportation available? 
The NRG Station stop on the Broad Street Line is conveniently located right next to Stateside Live! at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue. Visit SEPTA.org for routes and schedules. 

What happens if there is severe weather? 
All outdoor shows will go on as rain or shine unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions. The venue may delay, pause, or cancel the event for guest safety. If severe weather impacts the event, updates will be shared on the Stateside Live! Facebook and Instagram pages.  

Is the venue ADA accessible? 
Yes. The event space has accessible seating and pathways. 

How do I request ADA accommodations?

Are service animals allowed? 
Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines. 

Is smoking or vaping allowed? 
Stateside Live! is a non-smoking venue. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is prohibited in all venues and will result in immediate removal from the property. Smoking is only allowed at designated areas on site.  

Are cameras allowed? 
Professional cameras and detachable lenses are prohibited. 

Can I bring a poster or sign? 
Small handheld signs may be permitted if they do not obstruct views. 

Is merchandise available? 
Official artist merchandise is usually available onsite. 

What should I do if I lose an item? 
Contact 215-372-7000 Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm. 

Are tickets refundable? 
All sales are final unless an event is cancelled. 

What happens if an event is postponed? 
Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
