Do I need a match day package to attend?
No, we are open to the public with first come, first serve basis. A package guarantees your entry into Stateside Live! where you will have a reserved space that includes food and drink.

What is included in a Match Day package?

Are children allowed?
Yes, with a parent or guardian over of the age of 25 before 8pm.

Will the matches be shown live?
Yes, all matches scheduled during operating hours will be shown live on screens throughout the venue.

Will there be seating available?
The Matchday Pass is standing room only. All other package levels include first come, first serve seating inside of your designated event area.

Can I make a table reservation?
Yes, for non-Philly matches only. On Philly-hosted match days, tables are first come, first serve in limited areas. Reservations for away games can be made here: https://www.sevenrooms.com/reservations/statesidelive​​

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Guests will be able to access both indoor and outdoor venues, there will be a few restricted venues held for package holders only.

Will there be entertainment before and after matches?
Yes, game days will feature DJs, live entertainment, and themed activations throughout the day.

Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes, on a limited basis through the AXS website. We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee entry.

Can I upgrade my package after purchase?
If inventory is available, upgrades may be possible by contacting AXS customer service.

Why are my tickets not showing in my account?
Please contact AXS customer service. You may have listed your email or phone number incorrectly.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable in the AXS mobile app.

Are tickets refundable?
